Real members, real payments, real product. ───────────────────────────────── WHAT EXISTS TODAY — 99 API routes deployed on Vercel Edge — 81 database migrations in production — Next.js 16 App Router, fully live — PBAC — 55 permissions, 40+ roles, 11 departments — Dual-provider billing — Stripe + Gumroad — Live AI call copilot, VOC Decoder, Deal Memory Engine — Financial KPI Engine — 12 metrics computed daily — Autonomous Hiring Metrics System — 28 transactional email templates via Resend — 5 automated Vercel cron jobs — Sentry across 3 runtimes, Upstash Redis, AWS S3 The platform is built. Now it needs people in it. ───────────────────────────────── YOUR MANDATE The founder built the entire platform alone. Every line of code, every migration, every integration. But a solo founder cannot scale a company alone. You are the operating partner. The person who translates founder intent into systems, leverage, and execution. You own everything that is not product, engineering, design, growth, or member success. Which means you own everything else — and the connections between them. Your job is to make the founder's life simpler and the company's execution sharper. You absorb the noise and output clarity. ───────────────────────────────── WHAT YOU'LL OWN OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS — Build the company operating system (standard operating procedures, decision frameworks, meeting rhythms) — Own project management and cross-functional execution across all departments — Design and maintain the company's operational cadence (weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning) — Ensure the founding team operates as a cohesive unit, not five people doing their own thing FINANCE & FUNDRAISING — Own financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow management — Lead fundraising preparation (pitch deck, financial projections, data room, investor outreach) — Manage cap table and equity administration — Own the KPI engine from a business perspective (the engineer builds it, you decide what to track) LEGAL & ADMIN — Own company formation (incorporation, jurisdiction, initial filings) — Manage legal documentation (equity agreements, contractor agreements, terms of service) — Own compliance and risk management — Manage relationships with legal counsel, accountants, and advisors HIRING & PEOPLE — Own the hiring pipeline end to end (job descriptions, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation) — Build the initial people systems (performance reviews, feedback culture, team rituals) — Onboard every new hire and ensure they become productive within their first 30 days — Be the glue that holds the founding team together STRATEGY & EXECUTION — Work directly with the founder on strategic planning and prioritization — Ensure the 15-phase roadmap stays on track and nothing falls through the cracks — Own meeting preparation and follow-through for founder-led meetings — Write board updates, investor updates, and strategic memos FOUNDER AMPLIFICATION — Protect the founder's time — filter, prioritize, and triage — Take things off the founder's plate so they can focus on product vision and company direction — Be the person the founder trusts to say "that's a bad idea" and "here's a better one" ───────────────────────────────── WHAT'S ALREADY BUILT FOR YOU The company has operational infrastructure ready to build upon: — Full architecture documentation (, 800+ lines) — Detailed execution roadmap across 15 phases (PHASE_1_IMPLEMENTATION_) — PBAC system for granting team access across 11 departments — KPI engine for tracking business metrics — Automated cron jobs for recurring operations — 81 database migrations with full schema documentation — Admin audit log for compliance and tracking — Founding team job descriptions already written You are not building from zero. You are operationalizing what already exists. ───────────────────────────────── YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS Days 1–30: Foundation — Company formation (incorporation, legal structure, initial filings) — Set up banking, accounting, and financial tracking — Establish operating cadence with the founder (daily standup, weekly review) — Audit current state: what exists, what's missing, what's broken — Build initial project management system and onboard the team Days 31–60: Systems & Hiring — Complete equity documentation for all founding team members — Build financial model and cash flow projections — Establish hiring pipeline and begin sourcing remaining roles — Design company operating rhythms (meetings, reviews, reporting) — Create first version of company-wide OKRs or quarterly priorities Days 61–90: Fundraising & Scale — Prepare fundraising materials (pitch deck, financial model, data room) — Begin initial investor outreach — Ensure all founding team members are productive and aligned — Deliver first operations report to the founder with recommendations — Establish vendor relationships (legal, accounting, banking) ───────────────────────────────── THE FOREVER ROLE This is not an executive assistant role. You are the operating partner who builds the infrastructure for a category-defining company. You own: Operations — systems, processes, cadences, project management Finance — modeling, budgeting, fundraising, cap table Legal & Admin — formation, compliance, contracts, risk Hiring & People — pipeline, onboarding, culture, team health Strategy — planning, prioritization, execution tracking Founder Amplification — time protection, decision support, trusted counsel As the company grows, you will hire and lead an operations and finance team.
