Our infrastructure is centered around production-grade diffusion pipelines, and we are expanding our GPU systems to support next-generation image and video generation models. Role Overview We are seeking a highly technical ComfyUI Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize advanced generation workflows using ComfyUI and open-source diffusion models. This role is initially contract-based, with potential to convert to full-time depending on performance and company needs. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with ComfyUI and understands both the technical and practical aspects of AI image and video generation. Main Requirements (Must Have) Proven ComfyUI Experience Strong, proven hands-on experience with ComfyUI development Demonstrable experience building real production workflows in ComfyUI During the interview, the candidate must showcase and explain workflows they have personally built in ComfyUI (including structure, logic, and optimization decisions) Ability to design clean, modular, scalable, and production-ready node-based workflows Workflow Development (Image & Video) Proven experience designing and building workflows for: Experience using and integrating open-source diffusion models Ability to fine-tune configurations for optimal image and video quality Diffusion & Generation Knowledge Strong understanding of how AI image/video generation works (diffusion process, latent space, conditioning, prompt influence, etc.) Clear understanding of: Ability to select and configure samplers appropriately for different use cases Pipeline Components & Tools Hands-on experience working with: Upscaling workflows Face swap pipelines Inpainting ControlNet and adapters LoRA integration and usage Model checkpoints and embeddings Custom Nodes & Ecosystem Experience with popular custom nodes such as: Comfortable integrating, debugging, and maintaining third-party extensions Optimization & Production Ability to optimize workflows for: Experience troubleshooting pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks Comfortable working with open-source models in production environments Plus (Nice to Have) Python programming experience Experience creating custom nodes for ComfyUI Experience running open-source models natively on GPU servers Experience managing GPU servers (CUDA setup, drivers, VRAM optimization) Experience with distributed GPU systems Experience deploying inference pipelines via API Familiarity with Docker and containerization Experience with model merging and checkpoint optimization Familiarity with emerging video diffusion models What We Offer Contract-based engagement with potential for long-term collaboration Opportunity to work on advanced AI infrastructure and production systems Direct impact on scaling next-generation AI image and video generation pipelines Flexible, performance-driven environment focused on technical excellence
