Remote · $2,000–$2,500/month retainer · Starting May 2026 GlobePharma is a New Jersey-based manufacturer of pharmaceutical blending and powder processing equipment — specialized tools used by formulation scientists, CDMOs, and nutraceutical manufacturers. We're a small, technically expert team in the middle of a deliberate brand repositioning: moving from a value-oriented supplier to a recognized scientific workflow partner in the solid-dosage space. We're looking for a design and digital marketing partner to own the production layer of our marketing engine on an ongoing monthly basis. What you'll be producing each month: Formatted application notes and technical one-pagers (we write the content; you make it look professional and on-brand) Webinar slide decks Email layouts and campaign graphics LinkedIn post graphics and formatted content Roughly 6–8 deliverables per month depending on the pipeline What you won't need to do: Write the science. We generate all technical content, strategic briefs, and messaging frameworks ourselves — using a combination of in-house expertise and AI tools. Your job is to take well-structured input and make it look and perform like it was produced by a professional marketing team. The ideal working relationship is brief-in, polished-output-out, with minimal back-and-forth. What we're looking for: A strong B2B design and digital execution background. Pharma or life science experience is not required — but your portfolio should show you can make technically dense content look clean, credible, and readable. Industrial equipment, professional services, engineering, SaaS, or medical devices are all relevant proxies. We're a small team, so responsiveness and independent working style matter as much as the quality of the work itself. How we'll start: A single paid trial project before committing to a retainer — one formatted application note and one LinkedIn post set. If the output and working relationship are right, we move to a monthly arrangement from there. Please share your portfolio and a brief note on relevant experience. We're aiming to have someone in place by early May.
