AI Operations Architect & Thought Partner (Productizing a Boutique Advisory)

About the Position Burrows & Co Digital Advisory is an operator-led firm specializing in growth strategy and AI integration. Our vision is to deliver a boutique, high-quality client experience powered by a highly productized operating model. We are "AI-First" and seek to build scalable, sustainable infrastructure for both client delivery and internal operations out of the gate. We are looking for an AI Operations Architect to serve as a technical thought partner. You will help us refactor our prototypes into a production-grade "Business Brain" integrating our core stack (Stripe, Google Workspace, Claude, and Gemini) to ensure our operations are lean, effective, and professional as we scale. We are seeking a partner that is LATAM-based preferred for EST alignment. What You’ll Be Working On The "Productized" CFO Engine: Refactor our financial prototype into a stable system that pulls from Stripe and internal rate cards/Service offerings to provide 100% accurate margin, billing, and revenue pulses along with productized offerings Autonomous Prospecting Pipeline: Architect a resilient system that captures market signals (search, news, LinkedIn) and filters them against our ICP to generate high-intent lead lists and outreach suggestions. Agentic Workspace Integration: Develop workflows that bridge Google Workspace and Claude/Gemini to streamline client onboarding, data gathering, and project delivery. Workflow Identification & Execution: Act as a thought partner to proactively recommend and build new "skills" or agents that simplify management and enable repeatable scale. Architecture for Founder Control: Build a decoupled system where prompt logic is separated from the infrastructure. As AI-literate founders, we want to be able to evolve the strategy and voice without redeploying code. Required Skills API Orchestration: Proven experience securely connecting Stripe (revenue/billing data) and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Gmail) into automated LLM workflows. Multi-Model Proficiency: Deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of Claude 3.5/Opus vs. Gemini 1.5 Pro and how to route tasks for cost/performance efficiency. Deterministic Logic: Ability to build "Check" layers that ensure AI-generated reports match the raw data in Stripe and commercial rate cards (ensuring 100% math accuracy). Modular AI Architecture: Expert-level building of agentic workflows using Python, Node.js, or orchestration layers (e.g., LangGraph, Make, or custom frameworks). Founder-Centric Design: Proficiency in building modular hooks so that Low-Code savvy founders can maintain prompt logic and business rules independently. Timezone: Must be available to collaborate during EST business hours. API Orchestration: Expert at connecting Stripe and Google Workspace APIs. Model Orchestration: Experience routing tasks across Claude and Gemini for token/cost efficiency. Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication for high-level strategy discussions.
