Hire Digital is seeking a skilled 2D motion designer to manually recreate a perfectly timed character animation from a provided MP4 reference into a lightweight, highly optimized Lottie file (.json). The selected candidate will use the video as a strict guide to trace and rebuild the character into clean, animatable vector assets, rig it in Adobe After Effects, and meticulously keyframe the motion to match the exact timing and easing of the original MP4. The final deliverable must be a seamlessly looping, 100% vector-based Lottie file containing no raster images or unsupported effects, alongside all original source files (.ai, .aep).
