A CRO checklist website to be built on Framer

I'm looking to get 21 such projects build out for my marketing business, almost all related to eCommerce. All projects will be in a similar way, to be designed and developed by an expert on their own. I will only be providing the inspiration and the list of functionalities that I need. For this first project, I'm building a CRO checklist website to be built on Framer. It should have a home page and then a checklist page where some items are visible to everyone and the rest are only visible to members logged in. This is going to be a free tool meant for lead generation. The presentation and design should be like whereas the contents will actually be inspired from . You just need to design the page and CMS, the actual content will be filled in by me. It will have a home page, which should be a combination of the 2 links. You can build the home page as per your discretion but it should include space for banner of our sponsor. This is a free tool that has the main motive to collect emails, and generate revenue from sponsored banner and links while providing great value to users.
