Positioned as a modern, flexible, and cost-effective alternative to legacy systems, Vodori partners closely with Salesforce and other commercial tools, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across enterprise life sciences organizations looking to future-proof their operations. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is designed for someone who can provide hands-on support to existing Implementation Managers across customer onboarding, implementation coordination, testing, UAT, training preparation, documentation, and other customer-facing enablement activities. You would not be expected to independently own complex implementation projects from day one. However, you should be comfortable working with enterprise customers, learning software workflows, supporting project delivery, and helping users successfully adopt Vodori’s platform. This opportunity may be a good fit for someone with experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation support, software support, training coordination, or similar customer-facing SaaS / enterprise software roles. - Contract duration: potentially 3–6 months with possibility of extension or direct hire based on performance and Vodori’s continued resource needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support Implementation Managers across customer onboarding and implementation projects. - Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and tracking and completing implementation tasks. - Support UAT preparation and execution. - Help with testing activities and validation of customer configurations or workflows. - Prepare and update training deliverables, user guides, documentation, and support materials. - Assist with customer training preparation and, where relevant, support training sessions. - Help collect, organize, and follow up on customer questions or feedback. - Coordinate with internal teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support. - Support customers during onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition to product adoption. - Maintain accurate records of implementation progress, open items, and customer readiness. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, customer success, software support, training coordination, or a similar customer-facing role. - Comfortable working with SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or business-critical systems. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage follow-ups, documentation, and multiple workstreams. - Good understanding of customer-facing communication and stakeholder management. - Ability to learn new software products and workflows quickly. - Comfortable supporting UAT, testing, documentation, and training delivery. - Strong English communication skills. - Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian. - Comfortable working with international teams and enterprise customers. NICE-TO-HAVE: - Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, medtech, or other regulated industries. - Experience with Veeva or similar workflow / content management platforms. - Previous exposure to software implementation projects. - Experience preparing training materials, user guides, or enablement content. - Experience with LMS, knowledge bases, CRM, ticketing, or project management tools. - Experience supporting UAT or software testing. - Experience working with customer success, implementation, product, or support teams.
