We are looking for a (Senior) Finance Manager to help build and scale our finance function. In this role, you will take ownership of preparatory accounting (Vorbereitung) across our bunch entities and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations as we grow internationally. YOUR ROLE - Your responsibilities - Own spending management processes (primarily via Moss), including preparatory accounting, and run billing and debtor management. - Independently own strategic finance projects with minimal supervision. This includes collecting offers, negotiating pricing and otherwise liaisoning with banks, insurances, advisors and other relevant parties. - Act as a key point of contact for external tax advisors and accountants - Contribute to broader finance projects, including: - Non-dilutive funding: identify, apply for, and manage grants and R&D tax credits to extend runway without equity dilution - Dilutive funding support: assist in funding rounds through data room preparation, financial analysis, and due diligence support - Stay on top of the financial complexity of a multi-entity structure across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands, ensuring consistency and scalability as we expand into new markets - Drive continuous improvements in financial workflows and spending efficiency. - Build order and direction into a business scaling fast, staying energised by constant challenge and the freedom to shape what comes next.
