About the Role: STR is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Supply Chain to lead our procurement function within a dynamic and growing Contracts and Supply Chain team. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for overseeing supplier sourcing and the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), and driving process improvements to support STR's mission. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain, strategic sourcing, Federal procurement, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
