Web Designer - Join a Growing Studio Working with Top Creators

I'm the founder of Martin Cris, a design studio that works with some of the biggest names in the creator and expert space like Jay Clouse, Justin Moore, Zack Honarvar, Airrack, NYT best-selling authors, and more. I'm looking for a designer who's genuinely talented, already has a strong foundation, and is looking for the right place to grow. Not just another one-off project. The work: You'll design landing pages, sales pages, websites, and brand identities for creators and founders who are leaders in their space. The work matters and it's visible. You'll collaborate closely with a the team, get direct feedback from me, and have real impact from day one. What makes you a fit: You design with intention, strong hierarchy, great typography, and the use of color. You understand how landing pages convert and you know CRO basics. You can explain every decision in your work. You're familiar with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools. You get that design and copy are connected. Most importantly: you're humble, hungry, and want to grow. You take feedback as an opportunity, not an insult. What I'm NOT looking for: Beginners, agencies, or designers who are too established to actually commit. If your ego is bigger than your portfolio, we're not a match. The opportunity: This starts at 10-15 hours/week at $20-50/hr. We kick off with a paid test project. If we work well together, the scope grows - more hours, more complex projects, more responsibility. The path leads to full-time for the right person.
