Visual Experience Designer (UI/UX)

Overview: Preferred Location: India or nearby time zones with strong overlap in working hours We are looking for a Visual Experience Designer with 2+ years of experience in startups or fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for designing high-quality, user-centric website experiences that align with brand guidelines and business goals. You should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and modern design systems. The role involves collaborating with developers, marketers, and founders to create scalable and conversion-focused digital experiences. You will be expected to take ownership of design tasks, iterate based on feedback, and deliver pixel-perfect UI across devices while maintaining consistency and usability. Deliverables: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices Experience designing responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile Ability to follow and extend brand guidelines Knowledge of design systems and component-based design Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for developer handoff) Experience working in fast-paced startup environments Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly Good communication and collaboration skills Bonus (Good to Have) Experience with Framer or similar no-code tools Understanding of conversion-focused design Familiarity with AI design tools and workflows Experience working on live client projects
