Video Production for Coaching AI Startup: 2 Brand Videos + 7 Short-Form Series

About CoachNova We're CoachNova, an early-stage AI platform built for independent leadership and executive coaches. Our technology makes a coach's work reach further: between sessions, after sessions, always in the coach's voice. We're two co-founders (a former CMO and a CTO), live in market, used by coaches across 7 countries. The project We need 9 videos produced in two batches: Batch 1: Website videos (priority) Homepage vision video (70s) — voiceover + motion graphics + real product UI. Emotional, aspirational. Think Dove "Real Beauty" meets Anthropic's Super Bowl ad. Product walkthrough (80s) — voiceover over real screen recordings with light transitions. Opens with 3 seconds of real coaching audio, then a confident product tour. Think Slack's launch video. Batch 2: LinkedIn and YouTube positioning series 7 videos, 30-50 seconds each, same format: founders to camera (self-recorded, separate locations) intercut with text cards on black. Minimal stock footage textures. No product UI. Think Apple "Think Different" for coaching. Each video has a branded opening card, one accent colour per video, and a consistent closing card. We provide all founder footage, scripts with full visual directions, brand assets. What we provide: Detailed production briefs with scene-by-scene visual directions Full scripts but open to your suggestions to improve or alter. Founder video clips (self-recorded) Screen recordings of real product Voiceover audio Brand assets (logo, colours, font, colour palette) What we need from you: Creative concept that wow in audience Editing and assembly Motion graphics and animation (Batch 1) Text card design and animation (Batch 2) Music selection and sound design Subtitle files (.srt) for all videos Deliverables per video: Master (1920x1080, H.264) Square crop (1:1) for LinkedIn/Instagram feed Vertical crop (9:16) for shorts/reels .srt subtitle file Timeline:  Batch 1 asap since we're launching our website next week. Video's a key assets. Batch 2 is the same format repeated 7 times, so once the template is set, the rest should move fast. Could be a few weeks out. How we work We use AI in everything we build, and we think about it carefully. We're looking for someone who appreciates the intersection of technology and human connection, not just someone who can cut video. Our audience is sophisticated, sceptical of hype, and values craft.
