We're a health supplement DTC brand scaling on Meta and YouTube. We need a sharp, hardworking video editor who takes quality seriously and can deliver without hand-holding. What you'll be doing Cutting Meta and YouTube ads, layering b-roll footage where needed Producing AI voiceover videos layered over b-roll for our website hero banner and ads Creating videos using AI-generated avatars  Uploading final assets to pCloud Reporting to our Performance Specialist and Co-Founder You're the right fit if You have real DTC Meta ads in your portfolio; not brand films, not corporate content You've synced AI voiceover to b-roll and it sounds deliberate, not accidental You're hands-on with AI avatar tools   You have a sharp eye - typos in captions, off-sync audio, sloppy cuts don't make it past you You understand you're editing for a premium brand and hold yourself to that standard You're hungry, hardworking, and responsive - 24-36 hrs turnaround  Bonus if you can Handle basic graphic design (thumbnails, static ad assets, simple layouts) Generate AI photos/visuals to complement video content How we engage Paid trial project first - per video rate. Rate discussed on application. If it's a great fit, we move to an ongoing per-video arrangement with volume growing as we scale. We aim for two rounds of consolidated feedback per asset.
