We are looking for a UX/UI designer to support a focused website update for Oxford Leadership. This is not a full website redesign or brand identity project. We need a designer who can work within our current website structure and brand environment to improve layout, messaging hierarchy, user journey and front-end presentation. The project is focused on translating our updated core messaging into practical website design updates that can be implemented quickly. Project Context Oxford Leadership is updating its website to better reflect its evolved positioning as a purpose-driven transformation partner for senior leaders and organisations. We already have the messaging direction and content structure. We now need a UX/UI designer to help turn this into clear, modern and practical page layouts. The work needs to be realistic, implementation-friendly and suitable for our current website environment. Scope of Work The designer will support with: Homepage layout and structure updates UX/UI planning around existing and updated content Improved visual hierarchy for the homepage Design treatment for our four new transformation domains: Purpose, Courage, Intelligence and Performance Layout direction for methodology / proof sections CTA placement and conversion flow Insights / articles landing page structure Mobile layout considerations Developer handoff notes for implementation Key Pages / Areas Primary focus: Homepage Insights / articles landing page Homepage content sections and routing Mobile layout guidance This project does not include a full site rebuild, brand redesign, copywriting or development work. What We Already Have We will provide: Current website link Internal website update brief Updated messaging direction Homepage content structure Brand guidelines / existing visual assets where available Existing website pages and content references The designer does not need to create the strategy from scratch. The main task is to turn the existing direction into clear UX/UI layouts and design recommendations. Deliverables We are looking for the following deliverables: Homepage wireframe Current Homepage updated visual mockup Design treatment for four new section Insights landing page wireframe Insights landing page visual mockup Mobile layout notes Simple developer handoff notes Ideal Designer We are looking for someone who: Has strong UX/UI experience for B2B, consulting, leadership, education or professional services websites Can work with existing brand assets and improve the experience without requiring a full redesign Understands content hierarchy and how to structure messaging for senior decision-makers Can create clean, premium, modern layouts Can design with practical implementation in mind Is comfortable working fast and keeping the scope focused Timeline We need to complete the design work within approximately 3 weeks. Suggested flow: Week 1: Wireframes and structure Week 2: Visual mockups Week 3: Refinement and developer handoff Important This is a focused website update, not a major rebrand or rebuild. The priority is to improve clarity, structure, layout, UX and premium presentation within the current website environment.
