URGENT: Indonesian/SEA Virtual Assistant Needed (eComm Marketing; SEO/GEO)

Hello! :) I'm seeking a versatile virtual assistant to join my team for 15+ hours per week (minimum). The role involves a mix of marketing (90%) tasks (blog, content, social, reddit, linkbuilding) and admin-related support (10%) tasks (landing pages setup, research etc). The ideal candidate should be skilled in traffic generation tasks: SEO/GEO, Reddit, blog content, and social media management, as the key task is to help setup offer pages (landing pages) and drive traffic to them (organic traffic). Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to generate traffic for the projects you're assigned to over a 3-month probation period. After which your hourly rate will increase and your contract will be extended for a further 9-12 month contract. If you perform exceptionally (above traffic targets), you may be offered a revenue share. You must have working knowledge of SEO/GEO to succeed in this role. You will be given one website to start (we have a portfolio of sites) and you will need to apply your SEO knowledge and daily execution to bring the traffic to 1k sessions per day within 90 days. Also, you'll be doing keyword research, using analytics, and testing new marketing strategies and applying both old and new SEO/GEO strategies to accelerate traffic. Not essential, but graphic design, branding skills in Figma and Canva, and video editing give you bonus points. Additionally, the role includes web scraping, email marketing, and tasks requiring excellent written English (beyond just AI). Key Requirements: Primary: Proficiency in SEO, keyword research (SEMrush etc), link building and traffic generation Social media management, design and content creation (blog and email) (primary focus) Experience Figma and Adobe illustrator is a bonus (but not essential, just a bonus) Strong proficiency in using generative AI for content, video, graphics and vibe coding Strong written English for various tasks Secondary: Experience in Claude code, n8n, sumopod, APIs etc (also not essential but a bonus) Ability to perform web scraping tasks efficiently Ideal Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant with a marketing focus or in a mid-weight marketing or more senior role Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Creative flair for design and presentation Excellent English communication skills Ideally looking for candids in Indonesia and/or the Philippines based on similar working hours.
