UI/UX Designer (Underground / Experimental/Culture-driven)

We are building something different. NowNook is not a typical e-commerce platform. There are no feeds, no reviews, no algorithms. It’s a curated system of drops, identity, and cultural signals. We are looking for a designer who understands: • anti-design • minimal but uncomfortable layouts • raw / underground aesthetics • not everything should feel “perfect” If your work looks like: • clean SaaS dashboards • polished corporate UI • “Dribbble-perfect” layouts This is NOT the project. What we need • someone who can design with intention, not decoration • understands negative space + tension • can make things feel “coded”, not “beautiful” • comfortable breaking grid / structure when needed Scope • landing / drop pages • archive system • product storytelling pages • mobile-first thinking Important We are not looking for: • safe design • over-polished UI • generic e-commerce layouts Bonus if you understand: • Corteiz • Yeezy minimal systems • underground / cultural fashion brands
