Overview: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team at TotalOnboarder. This role involves redesigning and simplifying complex workflows for our fast-growing EdTech SaaS platform, Total Onboarder. As we prepare for the V3 relaunch in January 2027, your expertise will be crucial in transforming complex compliance processes into intuitive and scalable experiences. Expectations: Redesign SCR (Single Central Record) workflows to enhance user experience. Simplify onboarding journeys to improve platform efficiency. Optimize compliance tracking and approval flows for better usability. Enhance navigation and workflow efficiency to support user needs. This is a remote-friendly position starting at $20/hr, with the potential for an ongoing partnership. We are looking for candidates with: Strong experience in SaaS UI/UX design Experience with workflow-heavy or compliance platforms Proficiency in Figma and creating developer-ready designs Experience in SCR or the education sector is a bonus
