Social Video and Graphics Editor for High-Growth Startup

About the job: We are looking for a skilled social native video and graphics editor for a paid video editing trial at our mission driven growth startup, Granted. This role starts with a paid trial, with the opportunity to graduate to a monthly retainer model based on deliverables. As a crucial part of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience. What you’ll be working on: We record monthly long-form sessions with a healthcare expert. You'll repurpose that footage into short- and long-form video content across YouTube and social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Week to week, that means: Cutting long-form recordings into clips and standalone videos Adding captions, text overlays, and b-roll as briefed Formatting and exporting for multiple platforms and aspect ratios Maintaining consistent pacing, hooks, and style across outputs This is a production role — you'll work from a brief and brand guidelines, not figure out creative direction from scratch. You're a Good Fit If You Have a portfolio showing short-form social content that performed (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) Work fast — requires efficient editing, not perfectionism Are fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro / After Effects, Other Video Editing Tools
