Social Media Poster and Community Manager

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and content creator building a platform focused on men's intimacy and relationships. I'm looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Poster and Community Manager to own the scheduling, publishing, and community engagement side of my content operation. This is approximately up to 10 hours per week, contract and remote. I'm open to a flat monthly rate. What you'll be doing: -Scheduling and publishing edited videos and carousels across TikTok, Instagram, and Substack on a daily cadence with precise posting windows -Reposting in-feed content to Instagram and TikTok Stories. -Writing and scheduling SEO-driven captions in my voice using a provided workflow and AI tools. -Managing comments using short phrases and templates I provide. -Handling brief pre and post-publish external engagement. -Flagging anything that needs my direct attention without letting it pile up. Posting schedule Monday through Sunday, atleast two posts per day on most days. Times are set in advance. Consistency and precision matter more than volume. What I'm looking for: -Hands-on experience scheduling and posting for TikTok, Instagram, and Substack Notes, not just familiarity with the platforms. -Strong written voice-matching and caption skills. -Comfortable using Claude as part of a caption workflow. -Organized and proactive, able to manage a high-volume schedule without being chased. - Familiarity with Notion or willingness to learn it quickly for workflow handoffs. Not required, but a plus: Experience managing community engagement for a personal brand or creator. Background in wellness, psychology, or relationship content.
