SketchUp Designer/Modeler Needed for Home 3D Modeling Project

About the position: Vawk Creative is seeking a skilled SketchUp designer/modeler to create an accurate 3D model of our home using provided architectural plans, either in PDF or DWG format. The scope includes modeling both the exterior and interior, with a focus on walls, doors, windows, major cabinetry, and key rooms such as the kitchen and primary suite. The model should be organized, clean, and easy to edit, with elements grouped logically and appropriate layers/tags. This initial phase does not require photorealistic rendering. What you’ll accomplish: Develop a detailed and editable SketchUp model (.SKP) of the house. Ensure accurate scaling and dimensions throughout the model. Organize the model using clear layers and tags for easy navigation and editing. Provide 1–2 basic layout options for potential remodel concepts, including kitchen and primary bath designs. This role may lead to further collaboration, offering design input and future renderings for ongoing projects. We offer a budget of $500 for Phase 1, and applicants are encouraged to include examples of prior residential SketchUp work along with an estimated turnaround time.
