Short-Form Video Creator (Reels/TikTok) — Professional Production for FIZ (Portugal)

We’re hiring creators who can produce polished short-form videos (shoot + edit) that are ready to post on FIZ’s official channels. This is NOT UGC. We’re not looking for raw “user-generated” clips. We need professional short-form production with strong hooks, clean editing, and native social pacing. About the project FIZ is an app for self-employed professionals and micro-businesses in Portugal. It helps users handle tax bureaucracy: issuing certified invoices, submitting key obligations (IVA/VAT, Segurança Social), and getting answers to tax questions via an AI assistant. You will deliver finished, post-ready Reels/TikToks for FIZ’s official social accounts. This is not raw user-generated footage. Estimated volume We plan an ongoing collaboration with an estimated volume of 2–3 videos per week (approximately 8–12 videos per month). The budget is set in the Contra posting fields and matches this estimated volume. What each video must include (required structure) Each video must follow this structure: A clear hook in the first 1–2 seconds. One specific pain point. One solution using 1–2 FIZ features maximum (do not stack many features in one video). A clear CTA at the end (register / try FIZ). Target audience Your content should feel made for: Beauty professionals (salons, home-based, aesthetics). Builders / craftsmen / repair services. Freelancers (IT, design, photography, coaching). Instructors, Airbnb/AL hosts, small e-commerce sellers. Features you may use (choose 1–2 per video) Certified invoices + sending to the tax authority (AT). Automated IVA/VAT calculation and submission. “One-click” Segurança Social submission. AI assistant for tax questions (see compliance rules below). Tax Shield concept (only with compliant wording; no guarantees). Creative mechanics (choose one per video) POV / “between clients” moment. Before vs after (bureaucracy chaos → calm). “One mistake = a fine?” (fear → peace of mind, without guarantees). “3 clicks” speed demo. “I asked the assistant” (question → answer, without giving direct tax advice). Technical requirements Vertical 9:16 (1080×1920). 15–30 seconds (20–25 seconds recommended). Subtitles are mandatory and must be Portuguese (PT-PT) (avoid Brazilian Portuguese). Audio must be royalty-free or original (no copyrighted music/audio). Compliance and brand safety (hard rules) You must not say: “FIZ guarantees you’ll never get fined.” “FIZ will reduce your taxes.” Direct tax advice like “definitely do this.” Use phrasing like: “I asked the assistant,” “I checked in the app,” or “I contacted support.” You must always: Include #parceria or #ad. Blur any personal data visible on screen. Avoid showing other brand logos in the scene. Keep the setting and emotion authentic (no “robot ad” vibe). Workflow You submit a 1-page outline (hook → pain → feature(s) → CTA). We respond within 24–48 hours with approval or adjustments. You submit a rough cut for review. Final delivery includes the final video and source files. Usage rights By delivering, you transfer full usage rights to FIZ for use on official social media, paid ads, remarketing, and compilations (maintaining original meaning).
