Senior UI/Product Designer - Design System & Web for AI Scale-up

We're looking for a senior UI/product designer to join us on one of our most exciting projects to date: a unified design system for a well-funded AI company whose products are used by over 1 million developers worldwide. The work: Design and build a unified design system in Figma (30+ pages accross marketing site, docs, and product platform UI) starting from an existing ShadCN component library. This means both the system itself (tokens, components, variants) and the actual page designs. Developer-ready deliverable. Their team handles implementation. You need: Strong web and UI design craft - this needs to look world-class, not just systematic Proven design system experience: tokens, components, variants, responsive specs Figma native: organized files, named layers, documented components, proper auto layout, variables, and handoff-ready specs that devs can actually build from without guessing B2B SaaS or dev-tools aesthetic sensibility Not looking for visual-only designers, generalists, or anyone who needs to learn design systems on the job.
