We're looking for a developer who's just as comfortable hopping on a client call as they are deep in a codebase — and who genuinely enjoys both. The Work You'll be building with our core stack daily: Next.js (App Router), Tailwind 4, shadcn/ui Sanity CMS — schema design, Studio customization, GROQ Vercel, Neon Postgres, Blob Storage Agency life means variety. You might be launching one project on Monday and kicking off discovery on something totally different by Wednesday. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. What Makes You a Fit You ship with AI, not just by hand. You're already using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Perplexity Computer, and whatever else just dropped this week. You don't just dabble — you've built real workflows around them and you're always refining how you work. You talk to humans. Clients like you. You explain technical tradeoffs without making anyone feel silly. You're the person who says "hey, heads up — this is going to be a thing" before it becomes a thing. You think ahead. You flag complexity early, surface edge cases before they bite, and bring solutions alongside problems. You don't wait to be asked. You context-switch well. Multiple projects, multiple clients, different phases of build — that's agency life and you're wired for it. Requirements Based in the US (remote) Strong portfolio of Next.js + CMS-driven production sites Deep experience with the App Router, server components, and modern React patterns Real comfort with Sanity CMS (or similar headless CMS at depth) Proven track record using agentic AI tools in your actual dev workflow Excellent communication — written, verbal, sync, async Nice to Have Experience at an agency or studio environment Eye for design and strong CSS instincts Opinions about content modeling Why Magnet You'll work on interesting projects with people who care about quality, use the best tools available, and skip the bureaucracy.
