React Developer — Field Operations Web App (Deployment-Ready)

What we're building Conduit is a two-app field operations platform for a utility contracting company. We manage municipal water meter changeout projects across multiple states — think strike teams, 1,000–30,000 work orders per job, real-time field sync. We're replacing our current tool with something we own. The code is already written. We need someone to take it across the finish line: scaffold, configure, and deploy both apps so they're live, stable, and ready for a real job. What's already done Full PM portal (React/JSX) — dispatch, work order tracking, skip queue, CSV import/export, city client view Full field worker app (React/JSX, PWA) — job list, map, complete/skip workflow with photo uploads Supabase database — schema deployed, seed data loaded, Realtime enabled Photo storage — wired to Supabase Storage buckets RLS security policies — written, ready to run PWA files — manifest.json and service worker written Brand and design — complete What we need you to do Scaffold both JSX files into proper Vite + React projects Configure environment variables (Supabase URL + anon key) Run RLS policies in Supabase SQL editor Create job-photos storage bucket in Supabase Generate PWA icons (192px and 512px) and wire the service worker Deploy both apps to Vercel ( + ) Configure DNS once we purchase Smoke test both apps end-to-end against the live Supabase database Hand off a brief deployment doc so we can manage updates going forward Stack React, Vite, Supabase (Postgres + Storage + Realtime), Vercel Timeline Looking to have this live within 1–2 weeks. The scope is well-defined — this is execution, not discovery. Budget Open to fixed-price proposals. Scope is clear so there shouldn't be surprises.
