This tool allows users to configure and walk through a home in 3D, in real-time. We are looking for someone who is adept at integrating game design principles with e-commerce simplicity to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing for 3D spaces and will contribute to advancing our spatial awareness technology, aiding homebuilders in understanding consumer preferences within home designs. What you’ll achieve: Design intuitive user interfaces for a 3D home design tool, incorporating elements like orbit navigation, look-around, and freeform walk-around. Develop e-commerce solutions within the platform that simplify the user experience. Collaborate on creating a next-generation analytics platform that utilizes spatial awareness technology to provide valuable insights for homebuilders. Ensure the brand design aligns with the overall company vision and product functionality. What we’re looking for: Strong product design fundamentals and systems thinking Experience designing complex interaction flows Bonus: background in 3D, gaming, Unreal, motion design, video, or interactive storytelling Ability to think about spatial hierarchy, camera movement, and emotional pacing Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping define a new category You understand how to reveal complexity without overwhelming a user making 200 decisions in a single session.
