About LipDub LipDub is building the future of video localization. We translate, dub, and localize video content so creators, studios, and brands can speak to audiences in any language without losing the original performance. We're scaling fast and Meta is becoming a meaningful acquisition channel for us. What we need We're looking for one person who can own the full creative output for our Meta ads program. That means turning out a high volume of testable concepts every week, across both video and static formats, with AI-native workflows at the core. You will not be hand-editing every frame. You will be orchestrating AI tools, layering on craft, and shipping faster than a traditional creative shop could. This is a hands-on creative role, not a manager role. You'll work directly with our growth and product team, and your work will run in market within days of being made. What you'll do Produce 10 to 20+ ad creative concepts per week across video and static. Edit and assemble video ads using a mix of AI generation (Sora, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Suno, etc.), traditional editing tools, and stock or sourced footage. Design static ads that are scroll-stopping and on-brand. Iterate on winning creative — variations, hooks, formats, ratios. Stay current on what's working on Meta in our category (localization, creator tools, video AI). Use LipDub itself in the production process when relevant (we localize ads into multiple markets). What you bring Deep fluency with AI video tools. You should be able to name your favorites and tell me why. Strong video editing chops in Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar. Real taste in static ad design, ideally in Figma or Photoshop. A portfolio that includes Meta ads you've actually shipped, ideally with some performance context. Speed. This role lives or dies on creative velocity. Comfort working async with a small, fast team. Nice to have Experience in DTC, creator tools, or AI/SaaS. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and creative reporting. Multilingual or experience producing creative for international markets. Motion design or sound design background. Engagement Starting part-time (roughly 15 to 25 hours per week) with the explicit goal of moving to full-time within 60 to 90 days if the work is great and the fit is right. We move quickly on this.
