Role Summary We need a Performance Ad Designer to design, iterate on, and ship creative that moves the needle in paid channels. You live to feed the feed, devouring visual trends as fast as they appear, and setting a few of your own in the mix while you're at it. Whether the asset is internally briefed, coming from a partner, or born on your own canvas, if you've touched the design, you've left it better than you found it. Tangibles You stop thumbs. You could turn a single product shot and a brand color into a top-performing ad. You use design trends as a tool and invent your own visual systems when nothing on the feed will do. You're really good at designing static, carousel, and motion creative that earns the first half-second and keeps the eye through the CTA. You know good when you see it. You don't always need a bullet-proof creative brief to ship a great ad. You go hunting for the better-performing execution and know it when you see it. You take the assignment as a starting place and then add your POV to make it better than it was asked to be. Your ads convert. You've been designing in the performance space long enough to have a sharp intuition for what makes a piece of creative actually work as an ad — not just look good in a case study. You're curious about how your designs could perform better, and you're constantly experimenting with layout, type, contrast, hierarchy, and motion to find new ways to capture and keep attention. AI is a part of your workflow. You see it as a powerful tool and you love finding new ways to use it to make your work more captivating and easier to produce.
