About the position Scaler AI Labs is seeking experienced Microsoft Word Document Specialists to transform enterprise-authored .docx files into polished, professionally formatted deliverables. This role focuses on formatting and document structure, NOT content creation. Candidates should be adept at using advanced Word features to enhance the visual and structural quality of documents from various professional fields, including legal, consulting, finance, and engineering. What you’ll be doing Utilize advanced Microsoft Word features to format documents. Ensure documents adhere to publication-quality standards. Complete projects with a fast turnaround, ideally within 1–2 days. Maintain attention to typography, hierarchy, spacing, and consistency. Follow strict confidentiality guidelines. We aim to onboard a few skilled specialists by Monday for an initial paid sample project.
