About Us Superstratum Labs is a DTC e-commerce company selling science-backed mycotoxin detection and remediation products. Our customers are health-conscious homeowners, biohackers, and families recovering from mold exposure. We sell direct through Shopify with a product line ranging from $30 entry products to $15K whole-home systems. We're growing fast, backed by high-profile partnerships, and need someone who can keep the marketing machine running day to day. The Role You'll be the operational backbone of our marketing team — the person who takes campaigns from "approved" to "live." This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role. You'll work directly with the founder and marketing lead to build, upload, schedule, and manage campaigns across email, paid ads, and our Shopify storefront. What You'll Do Build and upload email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo (templates, segmentation, scheduling, QA) Format and upload ad creatives to Meta Ads Manager (copy, images, audience targeting, A/B variants) Manage and update Shopify product pages, landing pages, and collections Organize creative assets (photos, videos, copy docs) and keep project files current Light project management — track deliverables, flag deadlines, keep campaigns moving Pull basic reports from Klaviyo, Meta, and Shopify and format them for review Support content workflows: upload blog posts, format case studies, coordinate with partners What We're Looking For Direct experience with Klaviyo (building flows, segments, and campaigns — not just "familiar with") Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (uploading creatives, setting up campaigns) Shopify admin experience (editing pages, managing products, basic Liquid is a plus) Strong attention to detail — compliance matters in our space, so copy accuracy is critical E-commerce DTC background (you understand funnels, AOV, LTV, and why they matter) Self-directed and organized — you'll be working async across time zones Strong written English Nice to Have Experience with Canva or basic creative editing Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager Experience in health, wellness, or supplement e-commerce Basic understanding of FDA/FTC advertising compliance Details Remote (any time zone, but some overlap with US Pacific preferred) Part-time (20 hrs/week) with potential to grow to full-time $2,000/month USD Contractor / freelance basis To Apply Send a short note (3–4 sentences) on your most relevant e-commerce experience, a link to your portfolio or LinkedIn, and one example of a Klaviyo flow or Meta campaign you've built.
