Overview We are seeking a skilled professional to optimize the performance of our Kajabi site. Our key pages are experiencing slow load times, and we require an expert to enhance page speed while maintaining the current design aesthetic. This role does not involve a redesign but focuses on performance improvements within the existing constraints of Kajabi. Responsibilities Conduct an audit of the home page and main sales/blog pages to identify heavy images, videos, and third-party scripts. Propose actionable changes to compress, replace, or move elements, ensuring the design remains largely unchanged. Implement the approved optimizations within Kajabi or provide clear documentation for us to follow. Re-test the key pages using PageSpeed and Lighthouse, and provide a report showing before and after results.
