Kajabi Migration & Subscription Systems Consultant

About the Role The Cider Institute is a small educational nonprofit seeking a collaborative Kajabi consultant to help us consolidate and simplify our digital systems. We are transitioning our website, newsletter, online learning platform, and contact management into Kajabi while also establishing a sustainable subscription program to support educational programming and organizational growth. We are a very small organization with one part-time staff member, so our priority is building systems that are intuitive, sustainable, and easy to maintain long-term without dedicated technical staff. We are looking for someone who can help us create a clear, manageable operational system - not just execute a technical migration. Project Goals The goals of this project are to: streamline our digital infrastructure reduce administrative burden centralize communication and course delivery improve user experience for students and members establish a recurring subscription model create systems that are maintainable and scalable over time Responsibilities The consultant will assist with: Migrating our existing website into Kajabi Integrating newsletter and email communications within Kajabi Transitioning course content and LMS functions into Kajabi Organizing and migrating contact/customer data Setting up a subscription structure with recurring payments Configuring Stripe/payment integrations Creating simple onboarding and email automation systems Advising on best practices for organization, navigation, and user experience Helping establish workflows that reduce long-term administrative overhead Deliverables We expect the project to result in: A functional Kajabi website Migrated course and educational content Membership/subscription setup Organized contact database and tagging structure Newsletter/email templates and automations Stripe/payment integration Clear documentation and SOPs for ongoing management Loom walkthrough videos or training materials for staff handoff Ideal Experience We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Kajabi migrations and implementation online education or course platforms memberships/subscription programs nonprofits or mission-driven organizations CRM and email migration simplifying systems for small teams training nontechnical staff What We Value We prioritize: simplicity over complexity sustainability over aggressive marketing tactics maintainability over custom development educational mission over “sales funnel” culture building an online global community We are not looking for: complicated funnel systems overly complex automations heavy custom coding high-pressure marketing tactics large agency retainers Engagement Structure We are seeking a collaborative consultant who can: advise on best practices help simplify decision-making execute technical migration tasks and support long-term organizational independence Timeline We hope to begin as soon as possible with project completion within 1-2 months.
