Kajabi Subscription Membership Build — Autism Professional Education Platform We're launching a paid subscription membership for Attwood and Garnett Events (AGE), a professional education business delivering autism-focused webcasts and training to clinicians, educators, allied health professionals and support workers across Australia and New Zealand. We need a Kajabi specialist to build out the membership product, community, course library and member experience. About AGE AGE runs live webcasts and on-demand content featuring leading autism researchers and clinicians, including Professor Tony Attwood and Dr Michelle Garnett. Our audience includes psychologists, OTs, speech pathologists, teachers and allied health professionals. We have an established audience, an active Drip email database, and existing webcast and event products. The membership is a new subscription offering at $198 per month, targeted at practising professionals. What members get Access to the AGE community on Kajabi. A library of 6 to 8 on-demand courses (recorded webcasts). Ongoing access to new content as it's added. Member-only resources. Scope of work Single-tier membership product setup with trial logic. Kajabi Communities setup and configuration (spaces, member roles, moderation settings, onboarding posts). Course library build, with two options for how this is delivered: Option A: Builder creates a reusable course template, AGE's internal team handles uploading video, descriptions and lesson content for the 6 to 8 courses. Option B: Builder handles full course builds for all 6 to 8 on-demand webcasts (we'll provide video files, descriptions, lesson breakdowns and any supporting materials). Please quote both options separately so we can decide on the right balance of cost and time. Member dashboard tying the community and course library together. Site pages including sales page, pricing page, member onboarding and login experience. Email automations for trial, onboarding, renewal, failed payment and cancellation flows. Community engagement automations (welcome posts, prompts to introduce themselves, re-engagement triggers). Integration with our existing tools (Drip, Stripe, and any required Zapier or Make connections). Mobile responsive design aligned to AGE brand. What we'll provide Brand assets, copy, video content, course outlines and product structure documentation. We have the strategic and content side handled. We need execution and Kajabi expertise. Who we're looking for Demonstrated Kajabi membership builds with community and course components (please share 2 or 3 examples). Strong understanding of subscription mechanics, trial flows and churn-reduction touchpoints. Hands-on experience with Kajabi Communities, including engagement strategies that drive member retention. AU or NZ based preferred for timezone overlap. Clear communicator who can work async and hit milestones. Bonus if you've worked with professional services, health, or education clients. Budget and timeline Budget under $5k AUD for the initial build (Option A). Option B will likely sit higher and we're open to seeing the difference. Open to ongoing retainer for optimisation post-launch if the relationship works. Looking to launch within 4 - 6 weeks of project kickoff.
