Project Overview We are seeking a skilled IT and technical support specialist to optimize our Facebook Ad Manager and ensure seamless integration with Kajabi, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other key platforms. The goal of this project is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our conversion event tracking, develop robust automation workflows, and effectively manage integrations among several applications using Zapier. Responsibilities Audit and clean up Facebook Ad Manager to improve performance. Ensure conversion events are correctly set up and synced across Kajabi and Google Analytics. Create and manage automation workflows using Zapier to integrate Kajabi with Mailchimp, our scheduling tools, and Google Analytics. Identify and resolve any operational issues within the existing tech infrastructure. Evaluate current backend systems for further improvements and potential integration of a future CRM if the initial project collaboration is successful. Requirements Proven expertise in IT technical support and backend systems optimization. Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Kajabi, and Mailchimp is essential. Proficiency in setting up Zapier workflows and resolving related issues. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear technical guidance. Preferred Skills Experience in CRM setup and integration may lead to further collaboration opportunities. Outcome Achieve full operational efficiency with an integrated backend system tailored to support advanced tracking and data analysis.
