About me: I'm Grace, founder at Andromeda — an SF startup making AI companion robots (Abi) that bring real joy and connection to aged care residents and fight loneliness. I'm building my personal presence around the founder journey: what it's actually like building emotional, human-centred robots. Heart-warming, high-tech, occasionally messy. I want Reels that make people feel something in the first second and follow for the story. What you'll do: Edit 2–4 Reels per week from mixed source material — talking-head clips I film, behind-the-scenes b-roll of the robots and the team, screen recordings, plus footage you source or build yourself when needed. You'll turn loose, founder-shot raw material into tight, scroll-stopping Reels: hook in the first 1.5 seconds, clean captions, on-trend pacing, sound design that doesn't feel templated. You're a fit if: You edit short-form natively and watch Reels for fun — you know what's working this month You've built (or helped build) a personal/founder brand before, not just product ads You can self-direct from raw, imperfect founder footage with minimal brief You hit deadlines without chasing Captions, motion text, beat-syncing, hook-writing, and trend awareness are second nature Not a fit if: you need every frame spelled out, you only do polished corporate/product work, or your portfolio is mostly long-form/YouTube.
