About the role We are looking for a product-minded Head of Growth to unlock the next stage of growth for a fast-growing AI consumer product. Today, MusicGPT already has strong traction and acquisition across multiple channels. However, our main opportunity lies in improving activation, conversion, and retention — turning user interest into long-term revenue. This is not a “scale paid channels” role. This is a hands-on, product-led growth role focused on fixing core growth bottlenecks. You will work directly with the founder, product, and a small cross-functional team to identify what’s holding growth back — and systematically fix it. What you will do Own and drive revenue growth, with a focus on conversion and retention Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth bottlenecks Improve activation and onboarding, ensuring users quickly reach value Work on monetization and paywall strategy (timing, packaging, pricing) Analyze user behavior and define key growth hypotheses Design and run rapid experiments together with product and dev team Collaborate closely with product to improve core user experience Turn insights into clear execution for the team (dev, design, marketing) What we are looking for Experience growing a consumer product or startup (ideally AI / subscription-based) Strong product sense — you understand user behavior, not just channels Proven ability to improve activation, conversion, or retention Data-driven mindset: you know what to measure and how to validate ideas Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and focus on what actually moves metrics High ownership and ability to operate independently Comfortable working hands-on with a small team What success looks like Improved conversion to paid Reduced churn Clear, validated growth hypotheses and experiments A more efficient and scalable growth system Why this role is interesting Real product-market signal with existing traction Clear growth upside (major bottlenecks to unlock) Direct impact on core business metrics Small, fast team with high ownership
