GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Setup & Deployment (Real Estate Snapshot)

We are a U.S.-based real estate company looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to quickly deploy and optimize a real estate snapshot. We have: Active GHL 30-day trial Declan O'Reilly “GHL Wizard” realtor snapshot installed Existing lead flow from dialer + SMS platforms Clear pipeline structure and goals We need someone who can move FAST and get us operational within 7–10 days. Scope of Work You will: Fully configure the snapshot Connect: Email sending domain (SMTP / sendgrid or mailjet / LC Email) SMS (A2P registration + phone number setup) Set up pipelines: New Lead Contacted Appointment Booked Deal Signed Closed Dead / Nurture Clean up and simplify automations (we do NOT want bloat) Build: Basic nurture workflows (SMS + email) Appointment reminder system Integrate webhook/Zapier if needed from: Enzo (dialer) EZify (SMS responder) Test everything live You MUST Have Proven GoHighLevel setup experience (NOT just basic usage) Experience deploying snapshots Strong understanding of: Pipelines Workflows Triggers A2P SMS compliance Experience with U.S. real estate businesses preferred Please include: Screenshots of past GHL builds Loom walkthrough of an account you’ve built (if possible) Your hourly rate Estimated time to complete this setup Compensation Open to Fixed price for full setup OR Hourly (estimated 10–20 hours) We are not looking for long-term VA support right now. We want a technical operator who can build clean and fast. If this goes well, additional work will follow.
