Lumin Stories creates personalized video social stories for children with autism and other developmental differences. Every video features an animated avatar resembling the child, narrated with their name and pronouns. The product is grounded in peer-reviewed research and built by a founder with direct personal experience in the special needs community. The platform architecture, purchase flow, content library, and legal requirements are fully planned and documented. You will know exactly what you are being asked to build before the first line of code is written. You will work directly with me — fast decisions, no layers, no ticket queues. This is meaningful work on a product that genuinely helps children and families. ──────────────────────────────────────── WHAT YOU'LL BUILD ──────────────────────────────────────── A full web application including: Public marketing site (12+ pages, founder-editable after handoff) Story library — 12 categories, 36+ stories, search, tag filtering, subcategory navigation, IEP goal alignment tags Avatar creation flow — photo upload OR descriptor selectors (skin tone, hair, body type, glasses, etc.) OR reuse existing avatar → 3x parallel AI generation → parent selects → confirmation before checkout Name pronunciation preview via ElevenLabs API Cart with automatic quantity discounts ($49 / $120 for 3 / $185 for 5) Stripe checkout with tax and discount/referral code support COPPA-compliant photo handling per attorney specification Founder admin panel — order queue and status management Customer account — My Avatar, My Videos (streaming + download, no expiration), order history MailerLite transactional email integration WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility throughout ──────────────────────────────────────── PREFERRED STACK ──────────────────────────────────────── Webflow (marketing pages) + Bubble (application layer).
