Framer & Figma Expert — Ongoing Monthly Retainer

We're a strategic design and technology agency looking for a skilled Framer developer and Figma designer to join us on a part-time retainer basis. This isn't a one-off project — we want someone who becomes a reliable extension of our team. What you'll be working on You'll collaborate directly with our internal design team across a mix of ongoing website work and campaign-driven deliverables. This includes building and iterating on landing pages in Framer, translating Figma designs into polished, live web experiences, improving conversion performance through UX and layout changes, and general website enhancements as priorities shift month to month. What we're looking for You'll need strong, demonstrable experience in both Framer (building and maintaining live sites) and Figma (UI design, component systems, prototyping). A good eye for conversion-focused design is important — we're not just looking for someone who makes things look good, but someone who thinks about how design drives action. Equally important: you need to be comfortable working collaboratively. This role involves joining video calls with our team, contributing ideas in real time, and communicating beyond just text threads. If you prefer to work fully async and independently, this probably isn't the right fit. Availability & commitment We're looking for approximately 20 hours per month on a retainer basis, with work spread across the month rather than delivered in one burst.
