ONLY SPANISH-SPEAKING, IF BILINGUAL EVEN BETTER tl;dr 👩‍💻 You’ll be one of the first team members, leading the architectural development of the first Spanish-language platform that connects brands with UGC creators across LATAM and Spain. 💰 30k€ – freelance collaboration to start, with the possibility of extending to full-time if there’s mutual interest 📍 100% remote (ideally based in Spain or LATAM) 🇪🇸 The platform is in Spanish, but we also work in English for documentation and collaborations 🚀 Experience and knowledge needed in React/Next.js, CSS, SQL, APIs and AI integration (LLMs, Python) Who we are  is the first platform in Spanish that connects brands with UGC creators in Latin America and Spain. We help brands produce authentic content at scale, and empower creators to professionalize their work with media kits, automatic campaign detection, analytics, and an active community. We already have a solid community and are building the SaaS version of the platform (Next.js + Firebase). We’re a small but ambitious team, with prior experience at companies like Contra, Pangea, Metricool, and many more. Our team is small but driven, with experience working with companies like Contra, Pangea, Eraser, Fieldguide and many more. Your core mission: As our Founding Engineer, you will build the person who defines and builds the foundation the platform stands on. That means more than writing code: you will be making strategic calls on infrastructure, choosing the right tools and languages for the job, and solving complex problems around scalability, reach and automation: Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of the platform from the ground up, ensuring clean, scalable, and high-performance code. Innovation: Design and implement features (e.g. smart matching, workflow automation, predictive analysis, and more) to enhance the experience across all user types. Data Architecture: Manage complex integrations with social media APIs and real-time metrics dashboards. Engineering Culture: Establish best practices for development, testing and deployment across the team. Close Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the design team and the founder to rapidly iterate on the product based on user feedback. You will contribute effectively to complex projects end-to-end: coordinating the team members involved, communicating clearly in weekly updates, flagging blockers early, making decisiones, and adjusting the plan when needed. You will work directly with the Product Designer and the CEO Skills we're excited about: Proven Experience: A portfolio of previous projects where you have contributed to scalable SaaS products or complex marketplaces. Technical Skillset: Strong hands-on experience in Full-Stack development (e.g. React/Next.js, Node.js, CSS) and building and managing databases. Product Mindset: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into efficient technical solutions. Startup Mentality: You are capable of self-teaching, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with a high degree of autonomy.
