Figma Designer for Performance Static Ads

Performance Static Ad Designer — Project (Figma) Scoreline is a sports tech company and home to Fantasy Football Hub — the UK's leading FPL platform with 500k+ users. We're looking for a designer to help us build a high-output static ad system for Meta and TikTok. The project: — Paid ideation session to develop creative concepts and direction for performance statics — Build 5 scalable, variant-friendly Figma templates our growth team can use to produce assets quickly and independently What we need from you: — Strong Figma skills — template-building is the core deliverable here, not a nice-to-have — Examples of performance ad work, ideally for subscription apps — An eye for what converts, not just what looks good Budget: £1,500–£2,250 (50% upfront, 50% on delivery) If the work lands well, this will lead directly to more of the same — we have an active pipeline of creative projects across our sports and fantasy portfolio.
