Ongoing Automation Partner — Claude Code, Cowork, Australian field-services business (footpath inspection & remediation) is looking for an experienced automation freelancer to become an ongoing partner. Hourly, as-needed — likely 5–15 hours per week, scaling with project load. About us We run a tight tech stack centred on Pipedrive (job source of truth), AppSheet (field photo capture), (automation), Gmail/Drive, Connecteam (team comms), and Claude as our AI agent layer (Cowork + custom MCP integrations). Small team: founder, two salespeople, a sub-contractor coordinator, and a Filipino office team of four. What you'd actually do Help complete an in-progress Zapier → migration (~150 Zaps, many already identified for culling) Build and maintain Claude skills and Cowork workflows that the team uses daily Write Claude Code scripts and small MCP server integrations as needs come up Occasionally pair with the founder to design new automations rather than just execute them
