Momentum is a Zürich-based digital marketing startup with a small, agile team. We are looking for an experienced freelance Digital Marketing Manager to join us part-time (~20h/week), with potential for long-term collaboration. ABOUT THE ROLE You will lead digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple client projects, working closely with our team and clients with a proactive, results-driven approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead and execute digital marketing and branding strategies across client accounts – Manage social media content and channel strategy – Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms – Manage client relationships, including onboarding, communication, and account management – Analyse campaign performance, create ROI reports, and provide actionable insights – Collaborate with the team on positioning, messaging, and creative direction REQUIREMENTS – Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required – Available to start ASAP – Experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns – Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and social media management – Proven client management and strategic communication skills – Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) – Fluent in English; German or French is a plus – Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously WHAT WE OFFER – Freelance contract: ~20 hours/week, project-based – Competitive hourly rate – Hybrid work model with flexible hours – Direct collaboration with a small, entrepreneurial team – Opportunity for long-term engagement or a permanent role based on performance and growth
