Creative Video Editor — Turn Screen Recordings + Voiceover into a Compelling Story

We are seeking a talented and creative video editor for a project. We want to capture and showcase the AI transformation and technology change that we've done for our portfolio company. This role requires a great editor who can craft the story / know what kind of raw content they need, and then turn it into compelling videos that communicate our innovative changes. The Project / context: We are looking to create something compelling out of two main ingredients, screen recordings and voice. We could film if needed, would take your input. The challenge is turning "someone clicking around software while a voice talks" into something people actually want to watch. The process We give you a goal and some context — e.g. "show the before and after for the technology transformation of this company and tell the story of how we built it." You write the brief: exactly which screen recordings we should capture (which tool, which workflow, what to zoom on, what aspect ratio) and what the voiceover needs to say and sound like. We record the screens and the voiceover and send you the raw assets. You edit it into a polished, compelling piece — pacing, motion graphics, zooms and callouts, captions, music, the works.
