Creative Designer — Digital Collectible Concept Exploration

We're designing a destination-specific digital collectible tied to travel. Think object design, not UI — something warm, tactile, and worth collecting. We need a designer to explore 2 visual concept directions and produce moodboards + initial concepts for 2–3 destinations each. Concept exploration only — not production files. What you'll receive after selection: Cultural design research for 10 destinations (motifs, palettes, symbolism, sensitivity flags) What we're looking for: Object/product design sensibility — you think in materials, texture, and light Experience with culturally-inspired design that avoids appropriation Can design a scalable system (50+ variants from one core shape), not one-off illustrations Concept range — meaningfully different directions, not variations of the same idea Style: Warm, tactile, collectible Premium but approachable — must co-brand with major airlines without clashing Not corporate, not childish, not generic insurtech Deliverables: 2 moodboards (one per direction) 2–3 concepts per direction (specific destinations) Short written rationale per direction Timeline: Deliverables by Monday 31 March 2026
