The Role As a Consult Partner at Kyndryl, you will play a key leadership role driving business growth and leading complex transformation engagements across Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Energy & Utilities industries. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders in major Italian companies, shaping strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and technology. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, positioning strategic transformation agendas, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires deep industry expertise and a strong understanding of key technology trends, including cloud transformation, SAP modernization, cybersecurity, and data & AI. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy • Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, deal shaping, and conversion • Ensure sustained profitability, managing margins and backlog growth • Lead opportunity scoping, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations Client Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor within key industry accounts • Lead executive discussions, workshops, and transformation initiatives • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership development Delivery Leadership • Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from pre-deal to post-deal execution • Ensure delivery quality, financial performance, and business impact • Manage multidisciplinary teams across consulting and technology domains Operational Excellence • Drive utilization, efficiency, and financial performance across engagements • Ensure alignment between delivery outcomes and business objectives Leadership & Strategic Contribution • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams • Contribute to Kyndryl's strategic initiatives and market positioning • Drive thought leadership, innovation, and industry presence Your Future at Kyndryl At Kyndryl, you will operate at the forefront of business and technology transformation, working with leading organizations across multiple industries on high-impact initiatives.
