Founder-led, no in-house marketing team. We need to build the social media foundation from day one. Scope of work Week 1: Rapid competitive audit of Airalo, Holafly, Saily, GigSky on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Define content pillars (4-5 max). Deliver the FIRST 10 launch-week posts ready to publish. Week 2: Full 60-day editorial calendar with post type, platform, format, hook, CTA. Pinterest is a priority — travel intent traffic converts. Weeks 3-4: Production of 30-50 additional ready-to-post pieces in EN and ES. Instagram static and carousels (final design). Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts: full scripts + storyboards (filming handled separately by UGC creators). Pinterest pins (final design). 10 reusable Canva or Figma templates. Brand voice guidelines. Out of scope Filming/editing UGC video. Paid ads management. Community management.
