About the position We are seeking a Part-Time (20 hrs/week) Creative Strategist who specializes in AI video creation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing high-performing paid social ads entirely from scratch. This position combines creative strategy with AI video production, and you will oversee the complete creative pipeline, from identifying successful ad angles to delivering polished, ready-to-run MP4 videos using AI tools. Must-Haves You can build a complete AI-generated ad video — presenter, wrist shots, product visuals, voiceover — from a blank canvas. You know which AI tools to use for each layer of production (video gen, avatars, voice, editing) and you stay current as the landscape evolves. You think in hooks, angles, and conversion — not just aesthetics. You've worked with ecommerce or DTC brands Experience with performance analysis on Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads. Key Responsibilities 1. AI Video Production Produce 100% AI-generated ad videos from concept to final MP4. Build each video component using the right AI tool: AI presenter, wrist & product visuals, voiceover etc. Deliver videos in correct spec: 9:16 vertical, up to 15 seconds, ready for paid social. Iterate quickly based on performance data — test new hooks, new formats, new angles. 2. Creative Strategy & Concept Development Identify winning ad angles grounded in customer psychology and competitive research. Write scripts with a strong hook, clear transformation narrative, and a direct CTA. Develop multiple creative concepts per brief — varying hooks, formats, and messaging angles. Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap aligned with campaign goals. 3. Performance Analysis Analyze creative performance across Meta and TikTok — CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop, ROAS. Produce weekly creative reports: what's winning, what's dying, and what to test next. Turn data patterns into new creative hypotheses and production briefs. Monitor competitor ads and social trends to spot new opportunities early. 4. Creative Operations Maintain an organized creative library: scripts, raw assets, final ads, and performance notes. Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines (tone, aesthetic, messaging framework).
