[Build Resume](https://www.haired.app/resume-builder) ## What We're Looking For ### Deep AI Expertise Deep expertise in neural networks, NLP and pattern recognition applied to real products. ### Strong Engineering Foundations Strong advanced software engineering foundations — knowing how to train models isn't enough. ### React & Frontend Skills Fluency in React and ability to collaborate on frontend when the product demands it. ### Claude & Generative AI Native Active daily use of Claude, Claude Code and generative AI tools in your workflow — we want someone already working this way. ### Python & Cloud Infrastructure Advanced Python + cloud infrastructure experience (AWS / Azure / GCP). ### Builder Mindset You solve problems, propose solutions, and don't wait to be told what to do. ### Already have a CV?
