AI Developer / Prompt Engineer for People Evaluation Pipeline

Introduction We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create an AI-driven people evaluation pipeline for our invitation-only events, held twice annually. The primary task is to develop a tool that leverages AI to identify and evaluate potential invitees based on event-specific criteria using publicly available information. Deliverables Design and implement an AI system that automates the selection process for potential event invitees. Develop AI prompts or an automated tool to: Ensure the system aligns with specific human attributes and criteria set by our organization. Provide clear, concise assessments indicating candidate fit for our events. We have training data for many past invitees in Coda and Google sheets We are a somewhat technical team, and want to be able to input criteria for future events and use this tool repeatedly for those events where candidate search and evaluative criteria may differ
