AI Ad Creative Producer (AI Video & Prompt Director) Company: Blonde Waterfall Type: Contract / Full-Time (Remote) Overview Blonde Waterfall is an AI-powered software platform transforming how real estate professionals create marketing content. We are looking for an AI Ad Creative Producer who can rapidly generate high-performing video ads using modern generative AI tools. This role blends creative direction, scripting, prompt engineering, and AI video production. You will be responsible for developing new advertising concepts and producing short-form video ads using tools like Veo, Sora, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, and other AI creative platforms. The goal is simple: create ads that convert. Responsibilities 1. Ad Concept Creation Develop new advertising concepts designed to perform well on platforms like: Meta (Instagram / Facebook) TikTok YouTube Shorts You will create: Hooks Story structures Ad angles Unique visual concepts Examples: Realtor POV scenarios Problem → solution narratives AI-generated environments Viral-style social media formats 2. Script Writing Write short-form scripts optimized for performance. Typical format: 5–30 second ads Strong opening hook Clear product explanation Simple call to action You should understand: Direct response advertising Scroll-stopping hooks Social media pacing 3. AI Video Generation Use generative tools to produce ad visuals. Tools may include: Veo Sora Runway Kling Pika Midjourney / Flux Stable Diffusion Other emerging tools Responsibilities include: Writing prompts Generating scenes Iterating outputs Creating full ad sequences 4. Editing & Assembly Assemble generated footage into finished ads. Includes: pacing captions transitions sound design music basic color / polish Target formats: 9:16 vertical video 6–30 seconds social media optimized 5. Ad Testing Work with the team to produce multiple variations of ads. You will: create multiple hooks test visual styles iterate on winning ads Goal: produce many creatives quickly to find winners. Required Skills AI Creative Tools Experience with one or more: Veo Sora Runway Kling Or similar AI creative tools. Ability to craft prompts that produce: cinematic shots consistent characters realistic environments compelling visuals Advertising Sense Understanding of: hooks social media pacing direct response ads viral formats You don’t need to be a marketing expert, but you must understand what makes ads engaging.
